| MEXICO ORGANIC The new crop of our favorite summer coffee has just arrived! This organic coffee is grown by the La Trinidad co-op in the Pluma region of Oaxaca, Mexico. The several hundred farms that comprise this co-op share a preference for typica, the flavorful heirloom variety of coffee that grows best at elevations over 4,000 feet. The 2002 crop possesses a richer flavor than previous years, with an aroma reminiscent of apple blossoms. A delicious coffee that is perfect for our sultry summer weather. |  |
